A New Start?

Well, I have tried blogging several times before. Not one time did I get past two posts. I never knew how to start and I felt silly, to be honest. However, I have promised myself this time will be different. I am not saying I will post everyday, that would be crazy for me, but I will try. This is my New Year's Resolution, yes I do realize it's almost February, these things take forever for me to pick. You may as well learn now that I am indecisive as anything, it may lead to me eventual downfall, but for now it only causes some issues here and there.
I always wondered if I should include some sort of introduction in the first post, I have decided on no. It's amazing a decision! I figure you'll learn enough as time goes by and you can always ask me questions if that's your prerogative.
I will however explain the reason for me writing this blog. I need somewhere to express my feelings, and I don't want to pay someone an obscene amount of money to pretend to listen to me. I have friends for that. Don't get me wrong I have no problem with getting professional help when you need to, I've been there, I simply feel like they don't help when you simply need someone to talk to. And I love my friends, they just don't need to hear all my issues. They have plenty of their own, I know, I'm the shoulder to cry on. So, this is my shoulder. This blog and whoever reads it is the person I can tell everything to. So thanks for being there for me!
Now to decide to describe my day here or start a new post...I really hate decisions!
It's a Snowy Day!

Well I decided to just write on, no point in wasting space. Right? So last night we had a pretty big snow storm here in Jersey. I got the text from my college that it was closed. I must admit I was disappointed  because it's only the second week of classes, I had actually done my homework, and there was supposed to be a presentation by some Tibetan Monks between my two classes. I was really looking forward to that all week. Oh well, maybe they'll reschedule. If not, they'll be plenty more presentations and trips during the semester.
So I of course had to go out and shovel our sidewalk. I live with my mom, but she's been staying with her boyfriend, so I'm pretty much on my own. Luckily, we live in a trailer and don't have much sidewalk, so it didn't take longer than an hour. We also get plowed out by a private company, since our roads are private property. Normally I complain about them because our roads end up as a sheet of ice, but in this case, I was happy because they plowed our parking space. Totally saved me another hour in the snow.
So after shoveling, I laid on the couch surrounded by my three cats and had relaxing day. I watched Law & Order: Criminal Intent (by far my favorite L&O, but only eps. with Goren and Eames), read some of my favorite sites, and played a few games on pogo. Then I created this blog, and wrote this post. Now I think I shall go back to L&O and have some dinner, I made au gratin. Tomorrow is cleaning up, and work in the evening. Have a Great Night!
